Can my friends and family use the Village Center facilities?

The guest of an Owner or Resident may use the Association facilities if accompanied by that Owner or Resident (refer to Province Rules and Regulations for the definition of a guest). If a guest wishes to use the facilities unaccompanied by an Owner or Resident, the Owner or Resident must provide prior authorization for the guest by completing the Guest Prior Authorization form and obtaining an Authorized Guest card available at the Community Center. Guest cards shall not be issued to any person for more than 30 days at a time.

  • All guests must be checked in at the Resident Services Desk and receive a wristband.
  • Each household receives 40 guest passes per year.
  • Guest passes will not be deducted for guests under the age of two.
