chevron_rightAre guests allowed in the community, and are they allowed to use our amenities? We love to see your family and friends visiting our beautiful community! Each resident is provided with 40 guest passes each year. If your guest would like to use one of our amenities, you will need to bring them to the Resident Services desk to check them in. Each guest will be provided with a wristband at the time of check-in.

chevron_rightWhat are the rules for kids at community amenities?
- Children are defined as ages 19 and under.
- Children's hours are currently limited to 2 - 5 p.m. on a daily basis. This includes the swimming pools and spas.
- Children must be accompanied by an adult at all times.
- Children under the age of 16 will not be allowed to enter the cardio and strength area and will not be allowed in the saunas, spas, lap pools or steam rooms.

chevron_rightHow do I get a sticker for my car(s) to open the entrance gates? The sticker for your car (also called a transponder) is obtained directly from GardaWorld Security at the gatehouse. They should have your information on file, but take your closing documents with you just in case. Cash or check of $20 per vehicle for the first 2 vehicles; $40 for additional vehicles. For a replaced windshield, each replacement sticker is $13.Note: When you receive the sticker for your car, GardaWorld Security staff will also inform you of the on-line and other ways to notify them about your expected visitors. GardaWorld verifies with each visitor that they have permission to enter the community, so it is important that you notify the gatehouse prior to your visitors’ arrival, including vendors.

chevron_rightHow do I acquire guest passes? If you’d like additional guest passes, please visit the Resident Services desk in the Village Center.

chevron_rightCan I always enter Province through the back gate on Honeycutt? No. The sticker on your vehicle will open the back gate on Honeycutt only until midnight. The back gate is not available for entry between midnight and 5:00am; however, you can exit Province through that gate at any time, day or night.

chevron_rightAre smoking and alcohol permitted in Province? Smoking is not permitted in Province’s common areas. Alcohol is permitted, but must not be in a glass container.
HOA/Management

chevron_rightWhat is an HOA? A Home Owners Association (HOA) is a non-profit corporation registered with the State and managed by a duly elected Board of Directors. Its purpose is to maintain all common areas and to govern the community in accordance with the provisions of the legal documents: Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions, Bylaws, and Articles of Incorporation. The governing legal documents for the Association may be viewed in the document center. The corporation is financially supported by all members of the Homeowners Association. Membership is both automatic and mandatory.

chevron_rightWhat are the HOA fees? The HOA fees, or dues, vary depending on the area of the community you live in. In Province there are master planned homes and the Villas. Homeowners in the Villas pay higher fees due to the additional benefits they receive for living in this area. For more information, please contact the Association office by calling 520-568-5316.

chevron_rightWhere can I find the CC&Rs and other governing documents? All governing documents can be found in CCMC's resident BUURT platform. You can sign in, or register your resident account, in the top right corner of the webpage.

chevron_rightWhat are Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions (CC&Rs) The Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions (CC and Rs) are the governing legal documents that set up the guidelines for the operation of the planned community as a non-profit corporation. The CC and Rs were recorded by the County Recorder's Office of the County in which the property is located and are included in the title to your property. The CC&Rs can be found on the website’s document center.

chevron_rightHow can I get a Province ID card? Province ID cards can be created and printed at the Resident Services desk in the Village Center.

chevron_rightHow big is Province and what is the community’s history? Province is a 55+ active adult community in the City of Maricopa. Construction of the property began in 2004 under Engle Homes and is now being completed by Meritage Homes. The property features over 50 acres of turf and 50 acres of fish-stocked lakes. Once fully built out, Province will be home to 2,045 units (houses).

chevron_rightIs there security in Province? The Association has a gatehouse at the main entrance of the community that is staffed 24/7 thanks to our security vendor, GardaWorld. The team checks in visitors, patrols the community and responds to any reported safety concerns. To contact the gatehouse, please call 520-532-4774.

Just 15 miles from the central Phoenix valley, citizens may enjoy Maricopa’s golf courses, museums, shops, restaurants, a casino, public parks and entertainment centers. Province is the only gated community in the city.
