Association Office

The Association Office is a great place to find community support and additional activity spaces to enhance daily life at Province. This area supports both the community's operational needs and provides flexible spaces for meetings, recreation, and resident engagement.
 
Association Management Team & Operations
  • Onsite management services (Monday – Friday, 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.)
  • Maintenance and janitorial staffing (7-day coverage)
 
Annex Activity Rooms
Additional flexible spaces are available for meetings, recreation, and community activities.
 
  • Reservable activity rooms
  • Up to 60-person split room capacity
  • TV and video presentation capability
  • Lectern with sound system
  • Blackout curtain room for presentations
  • Ping pong tables (2)
  • Shuffleboard table
  • Rear patio access
 
Room Reservations
The Annex is available for residents to rent for private events.
  • Minimum of three (3) hours at a rate of $150. Additional time is available for $50 per hour.
  • A refundable deposit of $500 is required to secure the reservation and will be returned following the event, provided all terms and conditions are met.
