Fitness Classes
Province offers a robust class program designed to support lifelong health. Professional instructors, certified trainers and talented resident leaders provide opportunities for all experience levels. Classes are designed to improve strength, balance, flexibility, endurance, and overall wellness while fostering social connection and fun. Programs are accessible to participants from beginners to advanced, allowing residents to progress at their own pace.

Fitness Orientation Class
Fitness Orientation
The Fitness Orientation class is highly recommended to those who are new to Province or if you are a resident who has never used the Fitness Center before and would like to do so. This class introduces residents to the policies and procedures of the Fitness Center. Cardiovascular and strength training equipment will be discussed and demonstrated by a certified personal trainer.
If you are interested in attending a class, please stop by the Resident Services desk to register. Class size is limited. This will be a monthly offering and communicated through the Lifestyle newsletter sent out to residents every Wednesday. Not receiving the Lifestyle newsletter? Sign up by clicking here.
