The Board of Directors is composed of homeowners from the Province Community Association.
JOE WUJEK
Board President
Joe Wujek grew up in Bloomfield, New Jersey, and moved to Province after spending 40 years in Colorado. An avid traveler and writer, he has visited 50 of the 63 U.S. National Parks and authored four books. Joe and his wife chose Province for its beautiful lakes, greenery, strong reputation, and proximity to family. He values the friendships and wide variety of activities the community offers and is excited to see Province continue to grow and thrive as a resident-led homeowners’ association.
JIM CORBIN
Vice President
Born in Texas and raised in part in Hawaii, Jim moved to Province to be closer to family. He enjoys traveling, cycling, and spending time with his grandchildren. Jim loves Province’s amenities and is excited to help the community continue to grow in ways that benefit residents and enhance property values.
BRUCE KILEN
Treasurer
Originally from Puyallup, Washington, Bruce spent years in banking and has logged more than 30,000 miles at sea as an avid sailor. He and his wife chose Province for its welcoming community, and he enjoys the friendships, entertainment, clubs, and trivia that make Province special. Bruce is excited to help shape Province’s future as a transparent, resident-led community.
BOB RUOTOLO

Originally from Brooklyn, New York, Bob is an avid outdoor enthusiast who enjoys swimming, biking, hiking, and gardening, and has been a Spin Instructor for more than 15 years. He chose Province for its active lifestyle and beautiful surroundings and values the friendly, diverse community. Bob is excited to help make Province an even better place to live.
SHERYL PAIGE
Member at Large
Originally from New Haven, Connecticut, Sheryl moved to Arizona with her family in 1994. She chose Province for its oasis-like feel and resort lifestyle. Sheryl loves the people in the community and enjoys spending time with friends and neighbors, biking, hiking, and her three beloved dogs. She values the friendships that make Province feel like home and is excited to help shape its future.
