Planning an exterior home improvement project in Province should be simple and stress-free. The Design Review process helps ensure that all improvements meet community standards while protecting property values and neighborhood aesthetics.

Step 1: Application
Before beginning any work, you must submit the appropriate Design Review application. Select the form that best matches your project:
- Architectural Submittal
- Exterior Paint Submittal
- Owner/Agent Authorization
The Design Review Committee (DRC), a group of appointed resident volunteers, reviews all applications to confirm compliance with community guidelines. Applications are reviewed digitally on an ongoing basis.

Step 2: Submission
To avoid delays, please include the following with your application:
- Material list
- Plot plan showing dimensions or setbacks
- Contractor name and contact information
- Design photos or examples
After submission, you will receive an automated email confirming receipt by the Association office and DRC.
Step 3: Review
The DRC reviews completed application packets within approximately two weeks of submission.
If additional information is needed, you will be contacted by email.
Step 4: Decision
You will receive the committee’s decision by email.
Please note: decisions are not communicated verbally.
Important: Work may not begin until your project has been formally approved. Projects started without approval may be subject to the Association’s Fine Policy.
Once approved, you will receive a permit that must be displayed in your window during the project.

Step 5: Post-Inspection
The DRC conducts inspections after project completion to confirm that work matches the approved plans.
You will receive an advanced email notice before the inspection occurs. Your presence is not required.
Inspection timing may vary depending on project completion and scheduling factors.
