Executive Director

The Executive Director is responsible for overseeing the overall operations and the maintenance of the physical property of the Association, budget creation and oversight, project management, and asset preservation. The Executive Director is tasked with providing guidance and direction to the Board, oversight for all aspects of legal, financial, and governance of the Association at the direction of the Board, actively supporting the community’s values, vision, and philosophies.

Community Manager

Sherrie Sykes
 
The Community Manager oversees the day-to-day operations of the community and serves as a liaison to the Finance Committee. The development and management of the budget is also a key task of this role, in addition to oversight of some of the Association staff. 
 

Administrative Coordinator

The Administrative Coordinator assists the Executive Director and Community Manager and supports the Province Association staff in the management of the community. Furthermore, the Administrative Coordinator works directly with residents to help them solve Association-related issues.

Maintenance Supervisor/Grounds Superintendent

The Maintenance Supervisor helps to maintain the overall cleanliness and aesthetic of the facilities and grounds by performing a wide range of maintenance tasks. They also serve as the direct contact for our maintenance-specific vendors, including the landscaping company.

Facilities Director

The Facilities Director is responsible for overseeing and performing a wide range of operational tasks such as facility maintenance, facility inspection, and contractor bid collection. They also provide oversight, supervision, and support to the community standards team as needed regarding compliance and violation matters.

Covenants Coordinator

The Covenants Coordinator assists in the enforcement of the community rules and regulations, and design guidelines by conducting community inspections as well as assisting with the architectural request process. The Covenants Coordinator also leads the Design Review Committee.

Communications Manager


The Communications Manager is responsible for planning, creating, editing, designing, producing, and distributing all means of communication for the residents, internal team members, the Board of Directors, and community partners.

Lifestyle Director

The Lifestyle Director creates, plans, promotes, and executes a comprehensive community event and programming calendar for residents. They also establish and nurture partnerships with local organizations and businesses to benefit residents and the overall community. Additionally, the Lifestyle Director creates, coordinates, and supports community clubs, groups, and committees with the help of the Lifestyle Associates.

Lifestyle Coordinators

Jen Gilroy
 
Jen's role is to manage the eNews, helping to provide information on groups and clubs. This role also assists the Lifestyle Director with the many lifestyle activities and events held in the Province. 
 
Roxie Cooke
 
Roxie can assist you with facility rentals and also manages the event calendar. This role also assists the Lifestyle Director with the many lifestyle activities and events held in the Province. 

Resident Services Team

Marina Greco
 
Led by Marina, the Resident Services Lead, this dedicated team of eight serves the community seven days a week, including holidays (with the exception of Christmas Day). Team members are available daily from 6:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. to assist residents with a variety of needs.
 
If you are a new resident or tenant, stop by to meet the team and obtain your memberships. They also serve as a helpful resource for residents and provide support for community events, classes, and lifestyle and fitness programs.
