Province Committees

The Province Community Association is supported by seven committees that are comprised entirely of Province residents! These committees help guide programs, services, and the continued success of the community. These committees provide residents with opportunities to share their expertise, offer recommendations, and play an active role in shaping the Province experience.

Advisory Committee

The Advisory Committee is the voice of the residents. This committee conducts research and analyses to provide feedback to the Board of Directors (BOD) and the management team about community interests and resident concerns.
 
Meeting Information
The Advisory Committee meets for work sessions as needed.

Design Review Committee

The Design Review Committee (DRC) ensures the architectural and aesthetic harmony of the Province community and confirms that any change made to the exterior of residential properties complies with the governing documents. Submittals are continuously reviewed in 2-week timeframes and are due at the PCA office on the Friday before the deadline for review. To learn more, please visit the Design Review page.

Meeting Information
The Design Review Committee meets every other Tuesday.

Budget & Finance Committee

The Budget and Finance Committee reviews all financial matters of the community and makes recommendations to the Board of Directors (BOD). This committee's primary goal is to maintain a high level of overall financial performance for the community association. Transition Committee

The Committee’s purpose and function are to have its Members become familiar with the Association’s Governing Documents, governance, and operations under Homeowner Control. The Committee’s duties may also include such other tasks delegated to the Committee by the Board. The Committee always works in coordination with the Association’s management team and the Board.

Fitness Committee

The Fitness Committee is responsible for evaluating the fitness programs and facilities to provide overall resident satisfaction.
 
Meeting Information
The Fitness Committee meets on the second Thursday of each month.

Province Life Magazine Committee

The Province Life Magazine Committee is tasked with producing the monthly magazine. All work on the magazine, including photography, writing, editing, layout, and sale of advertising, is accomplished by resident volunteers under the direction of the appointed committee members. The Province Life Magazine Committee meets on the first Tuesday of each month.

Social Committee

The Social Committee works with the management's Lifestyle team to create a plan that enhances the enjoyment and experience of residents. To learn more about lifestyle at Province, please visit the Lifestyle page.
