Have you ever tried Mat Pilates? Join Wanda for a free introduction to classic Mat Pilates, which provides a fundamental abdominal workout to improve core strength, flexibility, stamina and coordination. This low impact workout includes many exercises performed either lying, sitting or in low pressure positions. Little to no props required. Bring a yoga mat, water and wear comfortable clothing. Limited to 50 people.
