GENTLE YOGA Moving to Mondays!

Time: 6pm to 6:50pm
Description:
This class is now part of our paid fitness class line-up! Join instructor Eve White for soft stretching, grounding postures, and guided breathwork focusing on relaxation and stress reduction. Includes postures on the floor, seated floor work, and standing using the wall and props to make yoga accessible for all levels. Bring a mat and any additional equipment you may need. Check in at the Resident Services desk prior to class. Fitness Pass is required.
