This class is now part of our paid fitness class line-up! Join instructor Eve White for soft stretching, grounding postures, and guided breathwork focusing on relaxation and stress reduction. Includes postures on the floor, seated floor work, and standing using the wall and props to make yoga accessible for all levels. Bring a mat and any additional equipment you may need. Check in at the Resident Services desk prior to class. Fitness Pass is required. 

Celebrate Cinco de Mayo with popular host “The Fish” Jeff Aaron! Grab a bite to eat from Cobber's Cravings Food Truck and visit before the game starts. Doors will open at 5 p.m. for this special Trivia. What a great way to spend a couple of hours on a Tuesday evening! Fresh chips and Salsa at every table!

DANCE WITH BACK DOOR FUNK

 

Come dance the night away with another band new to Province--Back Door Funk!  Playing everything from Funk, R&B to contemporary pop too, this band has a hunger to play good music.  Their dynamic sound and groovin' playlist will keep you on the dance floor all night.

Liven up your Sunday afternoon with some bingo fun! Bingo is FREE to residents! Tickets are available at the Resident Services Desk. Only one ticket per resident to ensure equal opportunity for all in our community. Your ticket provides three chances to win per game; five games total. First come, first served seating. Doors open 30 minutes prior. Tickets must be presented at the door for admission to the event. Bingo cards and daubers will xbe provided. Feel free to bring your own snacks.

PAINT NITE

The original paint and sip experience is back!  Your host, Ryan Merrill, will help you capture an image in acrylics each month.  No experience necessary. Supplies provided--just bring your enthusiasm! This month's selection is Coastal View.

A Province insurance broker will be covering a major issue this month. If you are under 65 years old, not on Medicare, and having to pay a lot of money for individual plans on the network/ Obama plans/affordable care plans etc., this is specifically for you. If you are of average health and want a nationwide PPO plan with 1000 yearly deductible and a premium under $500.00 a month, this is for you.
